We just got our graphic in! This is the poster that we will have up in our school room. I owe a gigantic thank you to my dear friend Kozispoon for making this for us. Thank you Kozi!!! We love it!!!

Cool! What is this all about?
For our Epic year stuff we really wanted to have a fun visual for the kids. This represents our vehicle (a tree house) for finding the great stories throughout mankind. Each of the areas we are studying is represented by a catchy name that the kids would remember. For instance "The land of Bengal spice" is India. And "Journey to The Central Ideas of the Earth" is the title for our entire year. One of our biggest components is covering the five major world religions and how they affect the culture.
Its been a great way to get the kids excited about their adventure and flexible enough for me to have all three kids studying the same thing.
We also only do field trips now based on our Epic stuff. It's been great and just what we needed.
